• hi i came into your store in wooburn green yesterday and when i got to the check out thier was two ladys at the check out one tall and one short the short one was serving a customer and the tall one who seemed as the manager on shift. she was free so i went to her check out with a basket full of shopping however she did not serve me she had got my basket and put it onto the other check out because it seemed she could not be botherd to serve me with my big shop instead she served the person behind me so i had to wait for a while to be served which i did not enjoy. my shopping at your store was not very enjoyable due to the manager however the other lady on the till was very polite and heped me out.
