• I shop in the Dalkeith store a lot at night and its a nightmare. The music is usually loud and management should remind staff that as they are open 24hrs there are members of the public around then maybe the swearing would stop ! It's a disgrace.

• the staff in galashiels are miserable as well stand about talking not working not willing to help you about 3 staff stacking one shelf all need to go back to training

• tesco in Hardengreen/bonnyrigg is a nightmare, the staff are miserable at the 'customer service' counter. Thought I was invisible the other day.......only me and 1 other waiting and waiting to be served while they all got involved in something. ( thats normal) the petrol station is never fully operational and the staff are miserable and very impolite.
