• This is the most ill managed shop i have ever seen. I just come from shopping there ( 5am ) and there is no space to walk as trolleys are blocking all aisle and in the middle of shop floor. Managers can be seen walking up and down the shop floor and yet i asked myself if they realise the health and safety threat these trolleys posed to employees and members of the public. Trip hazards everywhere ( broken jars on floor, cartons everywhere, liquid spillage, fresh food on the floor and many more) to make it worst i witnessed a member of staff walking on a packet of chilled fish then pick it up and put it in that same chiller where customer will be shopping. Staffs do not seem to care or want to help. Theres a feelinng of disgust as you shop in that store. Todays score is -5/10. Extremely poor. Tesco you only make things difficult for your customers as things are always moved around hence making shopping an awful experience even staffs had been complaining about making them shift things around.

• I have called to Tesco Brookfield Farm at least 20 times to purchase Epson Polar Bear print cartridges and there is NEVER any stock available. Ask the Staff, shrug their shoulder - 'don't know' if you promote yourselves as Epson stockists, why don't you hold stock. The choice of real coffee beans as opposed to cheap ground coffee is getting worse by the day !

• The fish counter is disgusting, the fish looks very stale. Tesco's management should be ashamed. I do not blame the staff. I believe that Tesco should look at how continental supermarkets source and display their fresh fish counters and start to give their shoppers a much better service.
