• Terrible service and company - purchased a product which had not arrived after waiting 2 weeks. Contacted the company and spoke to the manager who was incredibly aggressive and rude telling me my item was dispatched using untracked standard postage (despite spending £5 + Vat). I was told it wasn’t the companies responsibility and I should contact Royal Mail without a tracking number and demand a resolution although it’s rhe senders responsibility. Not only did they offer no resolution the manager accused me of receiving the parcel and trying to claim another. After going round in circles with no solution he agreed to send me proof of postage which I’m still waiting for despire several emails and calls to chase it up which have been ignored. Save yourself the stress this company offers a terrible service and will not assist you once they have your money. Half the people you say are your clients have never heard of you. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST
