• Terrible, took the family for a birthday meal and found the staff to be inattentive and uninterested, Very rude and are desperate to get extra money at every chance charging for additional cup of tea when I simply wanted the cup for my child, Don't bother food is ok but left feeling frustrated!!!

• Lovely food but service is appalling. How you can tell a paying customer that their friend is not allowed to try some of their food I don't know. Very rude service, extremely unhappy.

• Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of customer service overshadows the delicious food and ambiance of the place. Tried to ask for an additional cup to share the tea we ordered, but was abruptly informed that there is an additional charge for a small tea cup? In any case, the poor command of english of the staff also causes alot of miscommunication between the customers and staff.
