• Well have just read the review about Surfleet post office office and i must say that I disagree completely I have lived in the village of Surfleet all of my life which is over 30 years and Clive and gillian(the owners) took over the shop in 2009 and Inb th have got to say that they have done so muc h with everything to make it a proper village shop they stock a wide range of food and essential items for the residents of Surfleet! They have been so kind and helpful towards me and my family! They are all one in a million. Thank you for everything! Ignore that comment someone ovasily has a grudge against you and your achievements!

• Very impressed with the service , lovely friendly people. Considering there is the post office , shop and fishing tackle shop, seemingly ran by just two people, the service is very efficient, with a great selection of products , especially the sweet selection they have!! I have to say, I'm genuinely Very shocked by the 2nd review, as this isnt the impression I got what so ever!!

• I use glenside discount tackle for bait on a regular basis and the shop azwell and clive has never been anything but helpfull!! Never used the post office but it is still the same person so im sure if I needed the post office I would get the same service

• Absolutely dreadful shop. It's astonishing that a village shop could be so useless and unpleasant. The staff, mainly the owner, are rude and unwelcoming. The products they stock are extremely overpriced and there's hardly anything to choose from. I think this shop should be closed down to make way for a new shop - a better shop. It angers me that the owner, Clive, is still 'running' the shop so selfishly, hogging the opportunity for a better entrepreneur to come and start a successful business here. Might I also say how bizarre it is that two separate men reviewed the shop on the same date, a few minutes apart from one another. Clearly written by the owner. How embarrassing.
