Absolutely the worst kind of letting agent. They took an age to respond to any kind of request for repairs (we were without a working washing machine for six months), and were incredibly aggressive and intimidatory towards in all correspondence. They tried to claim nearly our whole deposit at the end of our tenancy and when we disputed it insisted on going to court. We won our case and were awarded the whole deposit plus costs, but it was seven months of unnecessary stress - steer well clear. We were unlucky enough to rent a property which was managed by SummerGreen.
The were useless letting agents. They took ages to take care of anything that was wrong with the flat. They were difficult to contact. Their whole attitude was that they did not have the time to deal with the petty concerns of rentees whose central heating had failed.
When we left, they charged us £250 for a deep clean of the flat, despite the check out report not saying it was needed. When we queried it, they responded in a hyper agressive, rude manner and threatened us with court.
If I can recommend anything to you it is not to deal with this company in any way.Rating history and distribution
