• Simply unprofessional, to an extent that we are almost certain that this is a scam. If that's the case then I am losing my time writing this feedback (in addition to the time I lost waiting for the food), but I'll write it anyway, just in case this is a legit business. We ordered our food around 16.15, but it never arrived. According to the manager, the driver delivered the order to an address, but not the correct one, although we did specify the correct one when we placed the order. When we asked for the order to be delivered again, the manager bluntly refused to do so, as he claimed that the order might be delivered again at a wrong address (!!) even though we were giving the correct one in person this time, with no possibility to get it wrong! In any case, we are about 20£ poorer and still (very) hungry. Let's hope that we will be able to get a refund for this.
