• A pair of boots obviously needing repair plus scuff on front overpriced queried whether a reduction would be possible in view of wear but told no prices are fixed before they get to the shop. The shops must lose a lot of money then if they are unable to reduce this type of item. Surely a sale of a couple of pounds less is better than having to bin or recycle eventually as it hasn't sold. We are in a recession after all and most shops have reductions of sales almost all the time. Lordswood has a high population of young families and whilst recognising this is a charity there should be a system in place to cope with this situation.
