• Heard there was a new chef at Stanton Lakes so thought we'd go to try the food, it was superb! Service was great and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back!

• We just celebrated my parents Golden Wedding with you yesterday - Joan and David Frith. I just wanted to say how brilliant the event was and how great every bit of the evening was. The staff were so efficient and were lovely to all the guests. The food was brilliant and all our family and friends have said how much they enjoyed it. • Booked for Sunday lunch, arrived slightly late but we were seated strait away even tho the bar was busy, restaurant was very clean and staff polite, food was in my words just like my gran would of cooked, fantastic flavours and very big portions, I will return.

• Are you sitting comfortably? good because you need to be. Firstly we had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes to confirm our bookings and to get a drink. dinner took 1.5 hours to be brought to the table by which it had dried out,( not many eating there at the time, tables were empty) the desert that we ordered was so hard it was inedible. lastly, when we paid our bill we were being charged over £15 for drinks which we had already paid for. the restaurant is well laid out and clean, however we will not be repeating this dining experience agaain ever.
