• Wouldn't Bother GO ELSE WHERE!! They want stuff for nothing, are only interested in what they will make on it, doubling what they gave you for an instrument.. Most unproffessional man is that David Hollands. Sold our flute on EBAY as told to do & OMG got a lot lot more. So what does that tell you. Erm don't bother with these peeps!!

• Just bought a Freshman acoustic guitar, fantastic value and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I've frequented the Stamford Music Shop for many years and the range of items and staff knowledge has been consistently excellent. A jewel in the crown of Stamford!

• I have been buying from Stamford Music Shop for many years and have always found the staff to be helpful, polite and friendly. The deals have always been excellent as has the after sales service. Fantastic shop in a great location.

• I called in to the Stamford Music shop on Friday 10th January 2014 to browse and wanting to make a purchase. I was ignored by a woman on the 1st counter and subsequently ignored by two men, who continued to chat between themselves as I passed between them. I did a complete walk around the shop and was not acknowledged even with a friendly hello! On leaving the shop .. I was once again ignored by another male member of staff at the exit door! What a shame there was no customer care.
