• Absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to tonight. I ordered a big order of pizzas and pakora and dips. Food was great but arrived without 2garlic dips. Figured we would enjoy our meal and get a refund for the dips later. Normally on just eat you can just process a refund (has happened before when subway doesn't have hash browns or the likes) but couldnt so I had to phone the shop. The guy was vile. Said I should have phoned at the time - but what was I meant to do - let 2 pizzas and 2 pakoras go cold while I waited 20 minutes for dips to arrive! Their mistake in the first place and I thought I was reasonable enough to just tske it up with them later rather than let that ruin my meal. All they had to say was "Sorry about that, we will chuck a couple of dips in next time" and enstead I was asked "Why are you wasting my time about this". Just shocking customer service and I dont understand why he would loose a customer over £1.
