• Very attentive salesman until the sale was made and later many faults reported the day after purchase. No returning calls, and when I did get through, I was treated like I wasn't allowed to have a problem with the car. I don't normally complain about things and try to see the best in people, but really, these guys couldn't care less about any resolution. I cannot rate anything good about Nissan Sparshatts Botley, other than they are very good at abusing my trust in them giving me a service of any decency and respect. I was wrong! I have never been treated so disrespectfully! Only go here if you dare, you have been warned...

• Poor customer service.Their technicians are terrible.I had a fault miss diagnosed.the car brokedown after 20minutes.Wouldn't give me a full refund.Dont go there
