• The amount of professionalism in this gym is ground breaking zero. Do not expect help, any amount of courtesy or any appreciation for the support of the gym. Instead, the owner would rather spend his time with a carefully selected peer group of friends, usually having conversations best left till when the gym finishes. The only advice given is before the direct debit is set up, afterwards, everything is left to the customer and is seemed as fair game. The contact is set up in a space of a couple of minutes, the minimum contract length of 12 months will never be mentioned in this time, neither will the auto renewal which only becomes apparent after Harlands gets in contact with you for cancelling your direct debit. In whole, completely appalling experience, waste of time and money.

• Over priced and over rated.The staff are very friendly but the owner thinks he's something else. He takes your money and then doesn't bother with you after unless you line his pockets with money for pt sessions. Also does not tell you that you are bound by a 12 month contract it is only when you try to cancel he sends the bailiffs round to your door.
