• Rubbish service and shoddy goods. Aquarium hood warped within month, they refused to refund or explain how I might have kept damp air from airlift condensing in hood.

• Utterly disappointing service! Ordered a custom-made Vivarium on 16 Nov 2014 and was informed that delivery would take 4-6 weeks. In early February 2015, the vivarium arrived but had been made in inches, rather than the cm measurements I had supplied and was almost 4ft deep!?! I have just received the correct version of the vivarium this week but am still missing the glass doors! My email from five days ago has been completely ignored. Such a shame that being polite & showing patience hasn't got me anywhere and I now have to open a PayPal dispute. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if considering a custom-made product from them - the price was competitive but the service was ultimately appalling.

• Fantastic vivariums, great service and communication, they are a small family run business so workmanship and quality is top notch.

• Not very impressed at all!! After agreeing to make a vivarium for me and arranging a date for delivery they then failed to turn up and would not answer any of my calls or emails and never contacted me as promised! Leaving me without a vivarium just before Christmas! The level of customer service is appalling. They should not make false promises. Do not trust.
