• If I could give no stars I would! Extremely bad business and very very poor customer service! Ordered my dress for my big wedding day and when I went to collect, was told it was stuck in customs at the airport! No apology, no sympathy just said "you can buy another dress from us"... I was in absolute tears before my big day! I spent over a thousand on the dress and jewellery and was told my only option was to buy another from them! Avoid Sonas to avoid disappointment!! These people don't know how to run a business and treated me like dirt! Inexperienced and unprofessional! Do not even look at Sonas. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
