Not a happy customer. I nipped in to grab a late lunch so they were not busy. I ordered a Panini and some cake, the cheese was not melted and the Panini was barely toasted, despite it taking around 10 minutes to prepare. The cake was so stale it was like it had been left for several days out in the sun and then put back on sale. Oh and the lady who works there could do with some lessons in customer service, miserable is not the word! Rating history and distribution
