• Mask exemption discrimination! And in such a rude and embarrassing way to the customer. I walked around the whole shop before I was refused service when trying to pay and told it was 'her shop' and she didn't care about discriminating as she was 'allowed' to. I think you'll find the law says otherwise. I followed up with a complaint letter and she didn't even have the decency to get back to me, says enough about who she is as a person.
