• I have been going to the Sign of the Fish for over 50 years. It has changed hands but the quality, taste and level of service have not. When I visit Lincoln lunch is always at the Sign of the Fish, it's the highlight of my day. Please don't change a thing. The chips are crispy on the outside with a fluffy inside; the fish is superb with a light and crispy batter - no fatty residue; mushy peas are the real deal; the curry sauce is delicious. Long may you trade!
