Shimna taxis customer service is awful. They have terrible customer service. Their dispatch is rude. He interrupts. He is accusative of customer. In addition the taxi arrives and does not inform the
Customer that he is there and leaves. In addition when he returns he agrees to stay and does not stay resulting in a 45
Minute wait. The taxi man himself also had a rude, impatient attitude.
