• Staff rude and ignored me whilst several locals were served in front of me. Staff member think her name was Tara slopped drink down on bar like it was to much trouble to serve me. Not a nice experience I won't be returning

• We arrived for lunch on a time scale. Had to be bak to work. Waited 20 minutes for a tea and coffee (had to ask for this twice) while "regular customers" had their orders taken after arriving after us no one said hi. Finally git tea/coffee but a problem, hair on the saucer, told waitress who said "not your day today" and wiped off with finger. Asked how long for foof told another 30minutes, so decided because of work commitments had to leave. Went to pay bill wavered. Unfortunately will not return.
