• Rubbish service and waiting time. After I had my hair cut I asked for it to be a centimetre shorter. The lady who was cutting my hair stated 'I've just taken 10 mins to cut it, I'm going to have to charge you again which will be double the price, we charge by stylists time' sorry but if your providing a service you should give what the client asks and pays for! Please do not be scammed by going there. I have not known anything like it! Horrendous treatment.

• My partner and I were staying near Sheffield last week and I popped into this barbers for a haircut. Superb cut, precise and stylish with friendly and attentive service. Would go back every time except that I live fifty miles away!
