• Absolute champions! They do decent deals, match most high street prices and offer demos at minimum notice! They can get very busy but ultimately will pull through. Love it.

• Don't bother! They're too busy to phone you, too busy to set up a demonstration. My husband tried to spend £2,000 plus on a sound system. When a Richard had not phoned back, I phoned him. He couldn't set up a demo on a Thursday but gave no reason so I asked and he told me they were "too busy and had staff shortages." Just imagine buying stuff from them and something goes wrong. Camberley store have never even answered the telephone!
