• WE VISITED ON 12.6.12,NEVER TOO RETURN AGAIN EVEN AFTER WE GOT A £10 VOUCHER FOR OUR AWFUL EXPREIRNCE,BAD SERVICE,COLD FOOD AND STAFF WHOM WERE EITHER FALLING OUT OR TOO BUSY HATTING A WOMEN UP WHO HAD COME TO FILL A TEDDY MACHINE,WE HAD BREAKFAST THERE AN IT TOOK OVER 45MINS TO GET IT, WE WOULD OF UNDERSTOOD IF THERE WERE LOADS OF PEOPLE IN,BUT THERE WAS ONLY 7 AND ONE WAS A BABY IN A PRAM,WE GOT OUR DRINKS AFTER WAITING 10MINS TO BE SERVED,THEN 15MINS LATER WE GOT COLD TOAST,THEN 20MINS AFTER WE WERE TOLD WE COULD GO UP TO THE CARVERY AND HELP OURSELF TO BREAKY AS THEY HAD DONE US A FRIED EGG EACH WHICH WAS COLD AND HARD!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

• Went to Seven Mile House on 18th January - 6-30pm - took our money for a table for ten - only when we went to be served we were told they had no MEAT. A carvery with no meat - we invited to eat yorkshires and veg !!! Service rotten, kitchen in chaos and front of house in blind panic - rotten !!
