"We are long time proud members of National Federation of Fish Friers. This gives customers confidence that we comply with all necessary regulations and training opportunities. Our premises are inspected regularly to enable us to gain our Quality Awards . This indicates management control, customer service, food preparation practices, operational practices, hygiene , product quality and taste.This Quality Award is valid for 2 years and can only be retained on standards being maintained for which we are assessed by externally appointed assessors.We received our “Five Star” rating by Food Standards Agency and were the first food operation to gain this accreditation in Redbridge. This certification was called “Scores on the Doors” which enabled customers to feel comfortable walking into the shop, knowing that not only will they be served with quality food but that the premises structure itself is safe and hygienic. This “Scores on the Doors” certification was superseded by the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, the FHRS for which were awarded the highest score of 5."
