• come in for sunday dinner today its was the worst place i have ever been to in hartlepool as the food was cold and beef was realy dry never again will i go and if people as i will tell them not to waste there money at all!! staff were rude and £8.25 for a meal with two pieces of meat is not right for the money you pay never again will i go

• excellent carvery and the menu meals also looked excellent. Meals arrived with very little wait and a ramp was found with no trouble for a wheelchair user in our party. Overall very satisfactory :¤)

• Christmas Day meal----A most pleasurable experience (after last years fiasco at Jacksons Wharf). A summary----Food, plentifull and perfectly prepared, Waiting time, almost nil, Staff attitude and efficiency, faultless. In all an enjoyable day.

• Buffet breakfast fantastic value for money, came away stuffed. Staff very friendly and the quality of the food was excellent and plenty of choice. Well done. Will definitely be back.
