• Had meal 23rd December with husband and daughter and all feeling unwell on Xmas Eve with stomach problems .

• Love the free salad bar, and we keep going back in the hope that things have improved. If you go in the evening, expect to wait ages before being seated. And when you finally get served, dont expect all of your order to turn up. Rarely does anyone bother to check that everything is OK. Today one of the meals was not as ordered, even though we had double and triple checked with the waitress whilst ordering, and I had finished my meal before the other one had even arrived. Prices do not reflect the shoddy service and lack of care.

• Gone very downhill. Each time I go hoping it to improve I'm left disappointed. We're seated and left for over 30 mins for someone to take our order and drinks. Even then it's because we said were ready. Mains come and hour later, luke warm, kids portion of chips for an adult. No one comes back to ask if everything ok, even though we needed to return one meal as it was minute. Have to pester waiter to order dessert and bill. Bill comes back overpriced!! Wait for him to return with fixed one, took so long we went looking for him!! Terrible evening
