• Other than being short changed in the past and witnessing mild unprofessionalism by the manager (Lynne) on another occasion, I've never had a problem until a "new" member of staff was processing a card payment I was paying on someone else's behalf and he messed it up (hardly surprising due to the way he was imputing data when swiping cards is the norm and him not paying attention to what I was saying). I checked the receipts on the spot, I informed him and then another staff member what had happened only to be told I had an "attitude" (No, and hardly surprising if I did as the new guy wasn't properly trained). A manager (Lynne) sorted the problem but had great contempt for me (the customer), so I told her the situation and also the situation in the West Nile Street branch where nothing was happening due to gabbing staff only to then be promptly told that I was "barred" (which was amusing). Great how this country works nowadays. A cstome raises a genuine complaint and concerns about the standard of service and they abuse their managerial position in retaliation in an attempt to save face. I'm hardly ever in there and never had a real problem in there before as I've previously stated, so them barring me will have less than zero impact on me and my activities but I will be lodging an official complaint in due course due to the principal of the matter.
