• .this company contacted my saying they could help.all they did was tell me that i had a case and it would cost me approx £3000 POUNDS AND I WOULD BE ABLE TO CLAIM THIS MONEY BACK.then the partener who was dealing with my case went on the sick after telling us to pay £1000 then after weeks of phone calls asking what was happening they appointed me a solicitor who done a little work on the case and told me it would cost me in approx £30 000 to 50 000 as id have to pay the other sides costs.we then had no choise to say we could not afford this. then we explained that we would not have given £1000 if we were informed of this in the first place,after another 2weeks of phoneing up and being ignored and told everyones busy,also going in to the office and told no one will see me they phone up agree to pay the 1000 pounds back and say never use the firm again, not very proffesional atall and all this from the owner of the firm, its fair to say this company helped us in no way shape or form and after all the time waisted by them we had to give up on our cafe witch they says they would help us save after they read it in the local newspaper and contacted us. no wonder they have to go looking for clients if this is how they do business
