• The postmaster was very rude after having an altercation on the phone, then slaming it down, told me that HE could not tax my car (the car i'm insured on)as the registered keeper is not the same as whats on the insurance certificate. That was all he said to me, NO hello, NO goodbye, NOTHING!! Although HE taxed my car 6mths ago and 6mths before that. I called the (0845 number) Post Office and they said he should have taxed it. I then wen to another post office with same documents, who happily taxed my car.
