• I spent £28 on gel nails that my child could have completed more professionally! Not even straight! 4 out of ten acceptable! Polish too thick and he sliced into my thumb will the file making me bleed....well done for deplorable customer service! The lad could've paid more attention to my nails and less to his phone...last money you will ever get from me!

• By far the worst experience I have came across. The customer services are absolutely awful. When having extensions they looked lovely,but when trying to take them off they are such a pain. I went in and asked them to soak of my extensions and they tried to advise me to keep them on. After a few days of taking them off my nail was in awful condition, nails were weak for about a year they have only just started to grow back strong. My nail bed was in awful condition. Wouldn't recommend, by far the worst service going, the manager is so rude!!! I now go to another place to have my acrylics

• By far the worst experience I have ever had! Absolutely disgusting attitude an customer services. Went there a few times my self to have my acrylics done and they had done nothing but make my nails bleed so they would hurt days on end. The owner of the salon(bob) actually put the phone down on me after I had asked for a nail repair. Wouldn't recommend worst customer services in Lichfield. Would higly recommend 'preety little nails' in Lichfield always happy with my nails when I have them done!

• By far the best nail salon around had my nails done there for over 2 years, always happy with them. Brilliant service. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have acrylic's now.

• After recently having acrylic nails done here, I can only say how disappointed I am in Saigon nails service. I have removed the nails myself today after being a bit disturbed with the indentations in my nail beds where the member of staff filed my nails too much. I now have lovely red curves by the cuticle of 6 out of 10 nails. Please be careful if you're planning to use Saigon nails in lichfield
