Yummy curries - we always go to Saffron to get takeaway curry - the service is very friendly, prices competitive, not long to wait and the food is delicious!Used to eat here regularly until the portions were cut in half. Food is good, not great and service friendly yet slow. There's a constant breeze through that awful glass door. Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the area. I travel from Exeter (about 25 miles) to get my Indian food here. No Indian restaurants in Exeter to come close, and I believe I have tried them all. The staff are lovely, the restaurant is clean and very well maintained. They gave me a free stater with my meal, I am used to free popadoms or salad from most places, these guys gave us a starter worth about £4 on a £17 order. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves Indian food. As you wont find any as good anywhere within mid Devon area. And as I say, I have tried probably over 100Rating history and distribution
