• Warning! Stay away from this company! We were instructed by our insurance company to use this firm but their service was terrible. There was a leak in our bathroom and the plumber identified two leaks in the waste water pipe for the bath. I paid the head office over the phone to fix them but the plumber only fixed one leak telling us he would return the following day for the remaining leak. The plumber never returned and when we called the head office they said we would have to pay a further £90 to fix the second leak. I complained and they put me through to a manager who said I would be called back by the Estates manager. They never called me back so I called again. I was told the estates manager would call me back this time but again no phone call was forthcoming. In the end we had to get another plumber to fix the original leak. Service terrible. Communication terrible. Dishonest. You have been warned.
