• I was a student of Ruth's from May 2017 until November 2017, I found her style of teaching to be very unprofessional. She was constantly on her phone, barely paying attention to what I was doing and If I were to make a mistake during my lesson, she would shout at me. During our lessons, we could continuously go over the same things, and I had to prompt her to progress with me. This ultimately led to me failing my test in November as I was not a confident driver at all. Whilst she teaches the basics, she has completely knocked my confidence as I am now quite a nervous driver. I believe that as a teacher, she isn't invested in her pupils and is more concerned with payment than anything else. I have now found another driving instructor who is not only calm, but patient and encouraging, which highlighted to me just how bad of a driving teacher Ruth is.
