• They must be in some cartel with Countrywide who are also useless...They appear to flatly refuse to engage in any constructive communication.

• Absolutely useless. Won't touch them with a barge pole. Our buyers used them & they dragged the exchange & completion by asking useless & unwanted questions, two questions a week from our solicitor & some questions at the very late stage near exchange. Our solicitor, our agent & us were extremely annoyed at the way they handled the conveyancing not to mention the stress.

• Shocking!! Used them to buy a new build recent. Should have been a straight forward 28 day exchange however took them 3 months! Never returned any of my calls, in fact they never called me at all. I always had to call them! I'm still waiting for the call form them to confirm completion even though it officially happened a week ago... Avoid at all costs!!!

• Don't get the bad reviews? I had a good experience!Completed in 6 weeks, kept me informed and had no problems.

• Absolutely useless. They need striking off. Won't speak to you, wont email you. Use them and be very sorry you did. If you want to complete 2 months longer than it should take, use these useless rude people. All these negative reviews are their own making.

• Suggested by haart estate agents, don't bother, lack communication, don't respond to emails, or return phone calls and they just do not talk to other solicitors, its been 3 months trying to buy a house and I have had to speak to the vendor to get answers as rumnet do not have a clue, use them at your own risk.
