Bad experience yesterday. Sunday lunch. service was slow. Meat was tough. The chef's response. Give 'em steak knives. don't apologise or offer something else. In other words - how dare you ! The management needs to brush up on customer relations and accept criticism when it is justified. Arrogance comes to mind.Has just reopened under new management and food is fantastic. Good choice of real ale and lager. All waitress service and a menu which has everything and very well priced. We will be going back very soon.
