• IT HAS CHANGED !! It is now not a wide range of good quality clothing.. its BOn Marche and Cadburys !!! Will not travel there again.

• I used to live in Gloucestershire and just loved Labels, sadly now living further away but always still go to Labels when we are in the area. The staff are so helpful, womens clothes and boots brilliant and always changing stock so always something new to see. The café is also very very good indeed. No, it's not situated in a smart department store, but nevertheless easy to find your way around and something for everyone and offers exceptional value for money.

• I love shopping at Ross Labels. Always find something. Shoe department ,huge range also clothes of good names. Just wish it was nearer. My daughter came over from Australia and loved it too .She went back with an extra case full.

• My favourite shop for men's wear the butchers department sell very good quality meat and the cafe is also very good.

• Disappointing. We had heard about Labels near Ross-on-Wye and went to visit. What a let down. Where we parked there are signs attached to scaffolding poles and inside seemed to be full of clothing brands we had never heard of. The ground floor especially seemed to be dark and unwelcoming. We won't be going back!

• I love Ross Labels,for women's clothes and especially for shoes. I am a size 3 and that size is very difficult to find in shoe shops but I always find more than I can afford at Labels.There is so much to see in the beautifully laid out store, I usually spend hours there.There are 2 super little cafes where I always enjoy lunch and the staff are always friendly and helpful

• I have been to Labels on a number of occasions and have found the items generally very well priced and excellent quality. However this time I wanted to see if there was a sale on and went onto the website. What a waste of time. Very pretty ads etc but absolutely no information. I was looking for menswear and what did I get, a rolling ad showing models. I was extremely disappointed. So I rated the website one star because it was so useless.
