• I used them about 12 months ago - they fitted our hand basin too far over and the bathroom door wouldn't close and told me to "get a bi fold door". After some argument and not turning up, they refitted it. Badly I've since found that they hadn't fitted the bath trap right and under the bath is soaked amd has clearly been like that a while. Thanks (!)

• Do not use! Didn't turn up the first 2 times, no phone call to say he was not coming. Had to ring to sort out another appointment. Was given a time period and he didn't turn up, once again didn't bother to ring to tell me. Just don't bother!
