• After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment and a phone call to remind me the day before, I was refused my haircut due to being 8/9 minutes late. I had previously been half an hour early, and was turned away. The receptionist told to come back in half an hour. A different receptionist later informed me that they’ve had to cancel my appointment due to being 10 minutes late. The phone call before hand, did not inform me of this outcome nor did the text - why? My hair has always been long and has always needed an hour or more to cut, so What would’ve happened if the hair stylist needed more than an hour to cut my hair? I understand you are only allowed a certain amount of people in the shop but there was still 51 minutes left of my appointment. Refusing money and a customer is absolutely terrible and shocking. I will not be returning at all.
