• Mr Roberts is an incompetent project manager and a spectacularly horrible individual. If you deal with this company don't expect to get your cards from the top of the deck. Avoid.Like.The.Plague. My recommendation: go anywhere but here.

• Showroom looks great, but after we put down our deposit everything went downhill rapidly with our bathroom replacement. We were promised high quality and agreed timescales. They flooded our house and made such a mess of our bathroom that they could not rectify their own defects caused through poor workmanship. From our experience would suggest finding good local trusted tradespeople rather than using this outfit. Hope this review saves others making the same mistake.
