• You have a delightful assistant named Katie on the till at Haywards Heath. She is polite, helpful, cheerful and a credit to your store in every way. It was a pleasure to be served by her and I much appreciated her help in finding me a replacement kettle. I hope she will stay with you for a long while.

• I would like to praise the Staff at Haywards Heath Robert Dyas, their Customer Services were first class, nothing was too much trouble. Well done to them, we will certainly be shopping there again.
