• The last few visits have been poor. The meat has been tough. When I complained the staff member wasn'r surprised and said if they get enough complaints they could do something about it with suppliers. Last visit manager offered to give us free deserts. In a hurry so asked if we could take them away. Waited nearly 20mins to get them.
