• Appalling service today Saturday 6th August 2016. I booked a taxi for 1815 and was assured it would be on time. When it was late I 'phoned. I was told it was 6 minutes way. After 10 mins I 'phoned again only to be told it would be at least 15 minutes. This is from a company that sends a text to confirm a booking and a tracking line (that doesn't work). How difficult would it have been to text to say the service was late?
