• Took grandson for lunch at 2.00pm, staff were friendly, place looked clean. Ordered our food, took longer than I expected to bring our food, disapointed with meals, hot dog and chips,the cob was hard and dry, just one tinned hot dog sausage, my salmon was overcooked and not edible, Staff were appologetic, replaced cob with a burger cob, brought another peice of salmon, still overcooked, but edible, I considered it expensive for the quality of the food, not much for overfives to do for free, machines for them to play on at 1 or 2 pounds a time.

• Great pub and perfect for families. The kids play area is only for the under 5's, but is great for keeping your kids entertained. Good food selection however I would advise anyone to AVOID the jacket potatoes. The one I had yesterday was luke warm, abit hard and tasted like it was a day or two old. Skin was soft and the filling, wot filling, a spoon of beans and a tiny bit of cheese. ;o((( Very disappointing.
