This dealership has no problem taking your money.
The aftercare sales service leaves a lot to be desired. Leave you hanging on the phone for a long time, promise call backs that you never receive etc.
Expensive!! Compared to other Renault dealerships, Renault Birmingham appear to be the most expensive - would have thought prices would be the same all over - example? £42 labour to replace a bulb compared to £16 quoted at another branch.
Will not be using again, not a pleasant experience.
