• Not worth bothering with. They let a property for us, had £650 from us and then didn't send the relevant legal documents out. When I chased it up (after not receiving them for 4 months) I was told we had to pay them the remaining fee of £330 to get the documents and that they wouldn't release them until they had been paid. Much better agents out there to work with so I wouldn't bother wasting your time with these people. They also held the keys to another property and said they wouldn't give them back until the other payment had been made (even though the 2 properties are completely separate!) AVOID.
