• I would strongly disagree from using this organisation. They aren't, helpful, there's no communication whatsoever. I made an order for which I wanted to collect, after a while I wanted to contact the company to see when it would be ready and this was a small order for which every thing said in stock. I tried phoning the company and the phone number didn't even work. I tried another phone number and it's constantly engaged When I odd get through it was asking me to select a series of options for depts, I chose schools, sales and even reception... Each time there was no answer you just hear constant dribble about company testimonials on why reach eps are number 1. To phone for hours and get no response from any human at all is really poor service, I don't know how they even get any orders if even their sales dept doesn't even answer calls. Also there's the emails I sent which have gone unanswered. Extremely poor customer service, feel let down and disappointed. I would not recommend using this company to anyone for no matter how small the order was.
