• Did a 45 pound service on elderly mothers boiler. Mucked up the control panel which was fine before the engineer touched it. Had to call someone else to rectify their mistake. Boiler comes on when it should be off. Like other reviews customer service appalling. Dont use them.

• Dreadful customer service. Their plumber made a mistake - which happens - but Williams have refused to pay to have the work put right although they agree it is their fault.I am now out of pocket and pursuing a claim.There are plenty of other local plumbers who are reliable and do a good job.I have awarded 1 star as their plumber was friendly and polite and we all make mistakes, Williams big mistake is having no customer service.
