• We have had a run of problems: smelly, filthy flat on moving in yet they claim it was cleaned; no hot water or heating for first six weeks; flat in general state of disrepair; unhelpfullness and lies from staff; incompetence in repairs resulting in further damage and inconvenience. Very disturbingly they do "inspections" every couple of weeks and let themselves in while we are out and we frequently come back to find someone in our flat "doing repairs" but find nothing has actually been done. Any time we go into the office to speak to them we find them arguing with other tenants so unfortunately we know we are not alone. Will never rent from them again.
