• To put a bit of balance in here, I use this post office a lot and the staff have always been very helpful and polite. Must have caught them on a bad day.

• I agree with the previous comment. The woman who works there is, at the very least, consistent - she treats every customer with the same amount of contempt and disrespect. Despicable.

• One very rude and un-helpful member of staff,dont know her name but she knows who she is ! appalling attitude to customers problems, wont use this post office again, far more polite and helpful in the Worle High Street P.O.
